Confusing Words - Episode 1

The English language is rich in words and meaningful phrases. However, some words seem in spelling and sound, but there are differences in their meaning. To understand this, we explain these two words:                                                            "Farther" versus "Further" Farther  is used for physical distances. Examples: Her new beach house is farther away from the hospital. Michel and Richard are farther from Rosie and her sister. Further is used for figurative distances and abstract ideas. Who is better a native English teacher or a non-native English teacher?

 Many schools or companies worldwide choose more professionals from native speaker countries than non-native speaker countries: why do those companies prefer that?. A non-native English teacher with good competence and proficiency can perform whatever task in English in the same way as native English teachers. There is discrimination regarding this issue.
