Who is better a native English teacher or a non-native English teacher?

 Many schools or companies worldwide choose more professionals from native speaker countries than non-native speaker countries: why do those companies prefer that?. A non-native English teacher with good competence and proficiency can perform whatever task in English in the same way as native English teachers. There is discrimination regarding this issue. Considering this, we formulate this question, who is better: a native English teacher or a non-native English teacher? The non-native English teachers learn the language in two ways:  1. Learn English as a foreign language, or 2. Learn English as a second language.
